What is your return policy?
We gladly welcome returns for unused items in their original condition (with tags attached, unwashed, and undamaged) within 15 days of delivery, and we provide store credit for such returns.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders, given the time and effort invested in each product. Refunds are exclusively processed in cases of fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
The store credit, issued in the form of a credit note, is valid for one year from the date of issuance. You can conveniently redeem it either online or at any of our physical stores.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the outlined steps below:
You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to connect@thefarstore.com. or Call/WhatsApp our customer care at +91 9730014295 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I start a return?

You can exchange your product for any other item. If you're not satisfied with the available options, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for poor/broken/damaged items. In such cases, a replacement will be sent of the same product, or, if unavailable, a credit note/refund will be issued.

What if a product is missing from my order?
Do not accept delivery if packaging is damaged or not properly sealed. For damaged or defective products, contact us at customercare@thefarstore.com within 48 hours of receiving, including product images.

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders exceeding INR 1,000.

Shipping charges are determined by the final weight and volume of the package.

Rest assured, shipping costs will not exceed INR 500, regardless of your order size.

How can I get my order delivered faster?
Regrettably, at present, we do not offer any services to expedite the delivery of orders.

In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
How are orders placed on The Far Store delivered to me?
All orders placed on The F.A.R Store are dispatched through our own courier partners including the like Delhivery, Pidge, BlueDart,
UPS, DHL, etc.
How do I track my order?

Where is my order processed from?
Orders undergo processing at our Mumbai unit and will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by you during checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, Pidge etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us.
Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?
Apologies, as an ecommerce brand, we do not offer in-store pick-up services.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
Regrettably, we are unable to combine multiple orders after they have been placed, citing regulatory and compliance constraints. Shipping charges will apply to each new order unless it qualifies for free shipping.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us.

Can you cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled, either in full or partially, only prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and our standard return/exchange policies will apply.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
You can modify your shipping address before the order is invoiced or dispatched. Once the order is invoiced or dispatched, no changes can be made to the address

How do I use Credit Notes for making payments?
Credit Note:
  • To redeem your credit note, kindly log in to our website using your registered email ID.
  • Choose the products you'd like to purchase.
  • Proceed to the checkout page.
  • Provide the necessary shipping information.
  • Avoid entering credit note details in the gift voucher box.
  • Navigate to the payment page.
  • Locate the checkbox indicating the use of credits, showing the amount XYZ.
  • Check the box and finalize your purchase by completing the remaining payment.

Voucher:
To utilize your voucher for an online purchase, enter the voucher number in the designated box on the right side of the shipping page and click "Apply." Then, settle any remaining payment online using credit/debit card or net banking.
Terms and conditions
  1. The Credit Note option is accessible only when you are signed in.
  2. Avoid copying and pasting the credit note code into the gift card or discount code field.
  3. Redemption is also possible at any of our physical stores.
  4. If your order total exceeds the credit note or voucher balance, the remaining amount must be settled at the checkout.
  5. Utilize the same credit note until the balance is depleted.
  6. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined, but a voucher can be used in conjunction with a credit note.
  7. Vouchers are not applicable during special pricing periods.
  8. Discount vouchers are not valid for limited edition collections.
  9. The validity of credit notes and vouchers cannot be extended.
  10. Refunds for purchases made with a credit note will be processed in the same form.
  11. Credit note amounts are non-exchangeable for cash or transferable to a bank.

Are there any charges associated with purchasing a The Far store gift card?
Apart from the amount of the gift, there are no fees or charges associated with purchasing The FAR Store gift card.
Where can gift cards be redeemed?
You can use gift cards for online redemption at www.thefarstore.com. However, please note that gift cards cannot be utilized to buy
other gift cards, nor can they be redeemed for cash or credit.
How do I redeem my gift card?
To utilize your gift card for an online purchase, simply enter the gift card number in the designated box on the shipping page and
click "Apply." Complete the transaction by making any remaining payment online using credit/debit card or net banking.
When does the gift card expire?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue, and any remaining unused balance will expire after this period. It's important to note that the validity of gift cards cannot be extended, and new gift cards cannot be issued in exchange for expired or unused ones.
Do I need to provide my details when I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are considered Prepaid Instruments and are subject to regulations by the Reserve Bank of India. The FAR store is
obligated to share details of gift card purchases and transactions with relevant authorities. As the issuer, we are required to provide
Know Your Customer (KYC) details of the purchaser/redeemer to RBI or statutory authorities as per guidelines. If you've
purchased a gift card, we may reach out to you for this purpose.
What if I lose my gift card?
Your gift card number is unique and confidential, and its safety is your responsibility. If misplaced, contact our customer care at
customercare@thefarstore.

In case of misuse due to lost confidential details, The FAR Store cannot refund the amount lost.
Can I get a refund on my gift card?
 Purchased gift cards cannot be canceled, and refunds are not applicable.
